象脚缺陷
Definition
象脚是一种尺寸打印瑕疵，表现为最初几层周围出现外扩、鼓起的底部，成因是喷嘴向下压力、偏低的首层 Z 偏移，以及过高的打印板温度使底部塑料保持半熔融状态。

当首层时喷嘴离打印板太近（初始挤压过度），或当加热床温度设置高于材料的玻璃化转变温度时，后续层的重量会把熔融的底部向外推挤。
切片软件的缓解措施：首层补偿
现代切片软件提供专门的补偿设置——如 首层水平扩展（Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion）（例如 -0.15 毫米到 -0.3 毫米）或 象脚补偿（Elephant Foot Compensation）——自动内缩首层几何，确保垂直壁面笔直。
硬件调平与热校准
精确调整自动 Z 偏移，并在首层后降低打印板温度，可确保良好的打印板附着，同时避免难看的尺寸外扩。
