레진 3D 프린팅 / SLA / MSLA
레진 3D 프린팅(SLA, MSLA, DLP 기술 포함)은 광원(레이저 또는 고해상도 LCD 화면)이 액체 광경화 레진을 배트 안에서 층층이 고체 플라스틱으로 경화하는 적층 제조 방법입니다.
레진 프린팅은 비용을 필라멘트 그램에서 레진 부피, IPA 세척, 장갑, UV 경화로 옮깁니다. 후처리 소모품은 FDM 견적이 보통 무시하는 노동 요소를 더합니다.

FDM 프린팅은 기능성, 구조용 부품에 적합한 압출 플라스틱 필라멘트를 사용하는 반면, 레진 프린팅은 미세한 해상도(최대 18~35마이크론까지)를 구현하여 탁상 미니어처, 치과 교정장치, 정밀 주얼리 주조의 표준입니다.
후처리 요구 사항
레진 출력물은 전용 후처리 워크플로가 필요합니다: 중합되지 않은 레진을 벗기기 위한 이소프로필 알코올(IPA) 세척, 섬세한 서포트 구조 제거, 경화 스테이션에서의 2차 UV 경화입니다.
