Definition
ASA（Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate，丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯）是一种高性能热塑性材料，结构上与 ABS 类似，但用丙烯酸酯弹性体替代了聚丁二烯，因此具有出色的抗紫外线稳定性、耐候性和耐热性。

打印指南与封闭腔体要求
与 ABS 一样，ASA 需要加热床（90°C–110°C）、240°C–260°C 的热端温度，以及一个封闭腔体以尽量减少气流并防止边角翘曲。它排放的苯乙烯气体比 ABS 少，但仍需适当通风。
定价与商业报价
由于 ASA 是一种需要高功耗、封闭式打印机和高失败风险管理能力的工程材料，打印商家在为功能性 ASA 零件报价时，通常会在 PLA 基础上加收 20%–35% 的溢价。
