How do calculation credits work?
Every time you calculate the cost of a model via MakerWorld URL or 3MF/STL file upload, 1 credit is used. Previewing profiles within an already calculated model uses 0 credits.
Do credits roll over?
The 10 free monthly estimates refill on the 1st of every month. On Pro, the 500 monthly estimates are added on each billing date and unused credits roll over, so nothing is lost. Top-up pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Dodo Payments portal. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods are supported?
